Ingredients

Directions

1. Take 3/4 cup of wheat flour in a large bowl.
2. Add 2 tbsp besan in the bowl.
3. Add chopped tomato and onion to the bowl.
4. Add a pinch of red pepper and salt to taste.
5. Add water to the mixture to form a batter. Batter should be of medium consistency.
6. Heat a non stick pan over medium flame.
7. Spread the batter over the pan when properly heated and cook the pancake with minimal or no oil. Cook the pancake from both sides until light brown.
8. Serve hot with ketchup or chutney.
